Raipur. Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh today met newly-appointed Public Relations Directorate Commissioner Mr. Rajesh Sukumar Toppo at his official residence. Dr. Raman Singh congratulated the officer and wished him a bright future. It may be mentioned here that Mr. Toppo had been promoted from the post of Public Relations Director to the post of Commissioner. Mr. Toppo is also Special Secretary to the Public Relations Department.
